“Gan” is the Hebrew word for Garden. We view each child as a seed, so pure and impressionable, eager and ready to absorb the joys of life in a garden filled with exciting new experiences and the warmth of Judaism.
With a small group in a home setting, children receive individualized attention, according to their needs. The staff at The Gan are, above all, concerned about your child and their development and will shower your child with love.
The Gan offers a play-based schedule and is inspired by the Reggio Emelia philosohpy.
Our mission is to provide children with a warm, loving environment where they develop a passion for learning, share the joys of our heritage, and shape a lifelong, positive Jewish identity.
The Gan endeavors to:
Honor and celebrate the unique qualities of each child, guiding them on the path of lifelong learning.
Be committed to the highest quality early childhood education.
Support the professional development of staff through ongoing training, up to date materials and other support services available.
