Located in Alameda, The Gan is a Large Family Day Care Home, catering to ages 8 months to 5 years. Our beautiful home provides the perfect setting for your child’s growth and development with a play-based schedule. Your child will also enjoy plenty outdoor play in the backyard and a nearby park.

The Gan is licensed by the State of California department of Social Services to operate a Large Family Home Day Care. The home has been inspected by their analyst ensure the maximum safety and feasibility of the program. The staff are CPR and First Aid trained.

At The Gan, students experience the beauty of Judaism. Shabbat, as well as traditions associated with the holidays are taught through multi-sensory techniques.
The Gan is a warm and welcoming place where Jewish children and parents from all backgrounds form lasting friendships. The fundamental Torah lesson of respect of others and their differences is taught and modeled here.
